Apartamentos 3 Praias offers a total of six apartments in three almost contiguous buildings very close to the Church of São Roque. This area is known for the three beaches of São Roque (the only ones in the city of Ponta Delgada), for its good restaurants, and for its close proximity to the sea. This proximity is very easy to see in the Church of São Roque: it is practically on top of the sea, contrary to what is usually found elsewhere.
Lodging under the "Alojamento Local" (can be translated as vacantion rentals) regime began in 2014, with four apartments built from scratch, and designed maximum comfort for short and medium-term stays. Since then, two more apartments have been built, also from scratch and with the same purpose.
The Yosep, Ashley, Leya and Mila apartments are a few meters away from each other and are right in front of Praia do Poço. To get to the beach, you just have to cross the street. Apartments Jonathan and Jason are located about 50 meters away, behind the Church, on the sea side. Therefore, they allow direct access to the beach.
Each apartment has different characteristics and must be booked separately. However, for groups of up to eight people, there is the possibility of booking two apartments in the same building. This way, guests can use the entire building as if it were a single (large) apartment. This is possible with Leya + Mila, or with Jonathan + Jason.

Are beach towels provided?
Yes! Besides the linens and towels, we also provide beach towels to our guests, at not extra cost.

How is the check-in process?
We have a self check-in system. A few days before your check-in, you will receive a message with the full address, best route from the airport, a code that will open the smart lock during your stay, and the phone number to call to if you have any difficulty finding or entering the place (which is very rare).

What is the check-in and check-out hour? Do you allow early check-in, or late check-out?
The check-in is from 4PM, and the check-out is until 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out are allowed whenever possible, however, when there are check-out/in in the same day, it's not possible because the apartments are big and take time to fully clean and prepare.

Apartment Yosep
Our smallest apartment and the only one located on the ground floor. It allows for a very comfortable stay, as it offers the same level of equipment as the others and has the Praia do Poço literally in front of it. Just across the street.
The apartment has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), living room, kitchen and one bathroom.

Apartment Ashley
Duplex apartment located on the first and second floors of its building. It has the Praia do Poço right in front, offering therefore a very pleasant view, both from the dining room, and the living room.
The apartment has, on the first floor, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), kitchen, dining room, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a generously sized living room.

The apartment has two bedrooms (one double and one twin whose beds can be joined together to make a double bed), kitchen, laundry room and dining/living room.
This apartment and Mila are the only two apartments in the building, so they are a great option for groups of up to 8 people.

This apartment and Leya are the only two apartments in the building, so they are a great option for groups of up to 8 people.

Apartment Jonathan
Duplex apartment located on the ground and lower floors of its building. Since the building uses the slope of the street towards the beach, not only one does not have any perception of being below street level, as one gains a remarkable proximity to the sea and beach.
The apartment has a large balcony on the ground floor and a terrace with a barbecue on the lower floor. From this terrace, guests can have direct access to Praia das Milícias (the direct access to the beach is shared with Apartment Jason).
There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin), two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room.

Duplex apartment located on the first and second floors of its building. There is an additional third floor, on the rooftop, where you can find a terrace with barbecue and a kitchenette... and the best view possible to the sea and beach below.
The apartment also has a large balcony on the first floor. There is a staircase to the apartment below terrace (Jonathan), which is to be used only to access the gate to the beach (direct access to the Praia das Milícias).
